Team: noun \ˈtēm\

: a group of people who work together

We: pronoun, plural in construction  |  \ˈwē\

: I and the rest of a group that includes me : you and I : you and I and another or others : I and another or others not including you —used as pronoun of the first person plural

Two things should be clear when looking at the top of our site: The words "Team" and "We". Interesting, isn't it? Almost the opposite of other fitness stuff you hear about.

See, over the past few years we've noticed something: lots of quick fixes and novelty workouts are all the rage. That doesn't work for us. Fitness doesn't happen in 7 days, 21 days, or 60 days. Fitness is making small changes that become big changes. Fitness is having one person help a bunch of people get a little better than they were the day before.  Fitness is a lifestyle.

We do it together.

That is how we roll.

Every team needs a leader...

For us, that person is Mark Zarate.  He works really hard to keep us working hard, coming up with crazy workouts to get our blood pumping. He's been training people in the area since 2014. Quick to offer a high five, he makes sure we don't get bored and stay on track. While he takes fitness seriously, he doesn't take himself seriously. He's tall, learning to play the guitar and also teaches middle school. Seriously, that right there should impress you. The guitar is tough.
